Default 86 Accord LX No Power to Fuel Pump

Hello, Help!
When i got this car i was told it needed a new fuel pump. It would run intermittently.
So i got a new pump, installed it, and realized i was getting any power at all back to it.. so, i checked the fuses all good, dropped the tank and traced the wiring all seems good. Cleaned the connections to the pump.. I was told it could possibly be the Fuel Pump Relay..So i replaced that.. nope. nothin.

Im stumped.
Car runs great if i put a bit of gas into the carb.. but thats not gonna get me around town
maybe a ground? Where is the fuel pump ground?
aaah, i dunno..
help?

Default RE: 86 Accord LX No Power to Fuel Pump

FYI I jumped term 1 and 2 behind pump relay and pump began to run.

ended up ghetton riggin a jumper with two wires and a 15a fuse

according to a post on iatn if the Ignition coil fails then the blue wire which runs to the fuel pump relay won't send the signal to initiate the pump.

Upon further investigation ive noticed that the Ignit. Coil has messy yellow scribbles on it as if pulled out of a junk yard.

given that it seems like ive checked every other possibility, im going to go get a new ignition coil tomorrow.
