You have a leak, either new or old. Look for oil to be discharged at the leak site.

Check compressor rotation plane. Oil slung out from clutch assy indicates a leaking compressor seal.

Soap solution works well to confirm accessible leaks under hood. Evap leaks require evap removal to confirm. If an old expansion valve assy was used, it may be leaking. Orings get compressed/distorted by white powder where brass/aluminum meet due to dissimilar metals corrosion.

What is static pressure? If zero, then refrigerant or Nitrogen must be added to ID leak.

good luck

This part of the board is for questions about how the website works - not car questions. I'm moving this over to General Tech.
