Default 2012 lx accord throttle body spacer:

Anybody with preview experience or have try use a throttle body spacer on an accord lx 2012. Currently planing to add one to my car but I would like to get some ideas/comments or advices before hand.

IMHO, don't install this part. No value and may screw something else up in process. Better to spend money on real products such as spark plugs, wires, etc.

Throttle body spacers don't seem to do nearly as much as carburetor spacers, before everything was fuel injected, carb spacers could make a decent improvement. You can get decent gains with a different intake manifold and larger throttle body assuming you also have supporting mods on the V6 cars.

And honestly, if you have the 4 cylinder and not the V6, there just isn't enough out there to really make enough power to spend the money on. If you want something quicker, sell yours and get a V6 model. Lot more power right off the bat and the aftermarket does support the J30/32/35/36/37 engines.
