I just bought a new 2015 Accord LX CVT, and really liking it! It replaces my 2004 Accord that replaced my 1993 Accord... so I guess I'm on an 11 year cycle.

One little thing... using the remote I could roll down all the windows on my 2004 LX, which is now really common on cars I drive. But my 2015 Accord isn't doing it. Do I have to enable a setting somewhere? I haven't found it in the manual, yet.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to do! That's how my 2004 Accord LX worked. But my 2015 Accord LX doesn't respond when I click then click+hold.

My wife's Odyssey also has this.

Did Honda drop this feature? It's so handy for dumping the hot air before getting in the car -- a big deal to me because I live in a desert.

Hoping someone here knows how to turn this on.

Having owned low end cheap cars, I've never heard of that feature. Usually features don't get dropped over time unless it's something no one wants. If it isn't in the owners manual, it's not there.

That said, I would like that feature too. If you figure it out, please post.

It might be that somewhere between 2003 & 2015 they decided that feature is only on the EX models??

Opening windows and moonroof with remote.*

To open: Press the unlock button twice within 10 seconds and hold it down for the second time. If the windows stop midway, repeat the procedure.

* Not available on all models.

Aw. I guess the LX is excluded now. Seems like a software change... Why remove features?

Keeping my fingers crossed that someday someone figures out a combination of buttons this flips the bit that makes this work...

Thanks for the info, tho!

I've seen things posted online about holding down combinations of buttons, entering undocumented menus, turning on alternative DSP settings... Or disabling the link between the windshield vents (defog) and the AC being on. So that's my glimmer of hope...

You may want to call the dealership to see if they know. They should have access to the tech line to get you an answer on how to do it, if you model has that feature.
