New n.c accord ex owner..

Im also in NC! Im in western NC. I just bought my 2nd Honda ever. Its a 01 Accord Coupe with the 4cyl sohc and 5 spd.. Im wanting to do alot of work to it. So far Ive only done small things to it, like window tint, bluetooth radio, cold air intake, aftermarket rims, low profile tires, adjustable springs in the front and rear, (but man does it need a set of shocks!) Thats about it... But what I would really like to do to it is, a front and rear bumper lip, halo projector headlights, shave the trunk(remove light bar), get some LED interior lights, and do some major motor work, Its just not stout enough for me... But I may just be used to American muscle..
Also sometimes the idle will jump up and down in the car(very rarely) and it does idle high(anywhere from 950rpms to 1200rpms).. but it did that since I got it. So Im not to sure what I need to do to get that straightened out.. The maintenance req'd light is on and I checked it with my computer thing and it came out as a o2 sensor and speed sensor(speedo doesnt work) So i doubt it but is it possible that the o2 sensor being out is causing the idle to do that? Thanks for the help! Im new here...

If you are getting codes, I'd address those before going for the idle issue.

Well the codes are o2 sensor and speed sensor... I figured out today that the speed sensor can cause trouble with high revs and will give massive power loss. So I will get that taken care of to begin with. Thanks for your help!
