YEs it is possible, but you will have to make a cutom setup. What engine do you have? YOu may want to try a transplant first, or do it with the turbo at the same time. Otherwise you'll probably are going to have to do some internal work on it. ANd with the sort of major upgrade a turbo can be, first thing you/we should know is what your goals are. IF you just want a little oomph than we don't need a big T4 in it, but if you are going for serious racing style power, then a tiny turbo found stock on some cars won't do you any good.

it would probably end up being cheaper to start with an actual turbo car such as a talon/eclipse thats built for boost..instead of building a n/a car up with a tiny engine bay ..but hey its your money

Don't think the point was to get the cheapest turbo vehicle on the market, but to make his car, one you don't see as much these days, and never modified to boot, take the cliche 'tuner' cars for all they're worth.

Who says its a worthless car? You? Guess what, bud, its not your damn car. Dont say other peoples cars are "worthless." Its rude and unnecessary. I have a high mileage 94, Im still modifying it. So what? I dont have the money to buy a new car, I work with what I have, and Im damn proud of it. Not all of us have the money to start with a great platform, it definitely doesnt mean that our cars are "worthless."

I got the same flak when I wanted to start modifying my 92 Accord with 210k miles on it. The same "worthless car" crap. But it was MY car, had it for 12 years at that point, it's like a family member. Sure I threw $25k into it. BUt you show me a brand new car worth $25k that has 500+ at the crank and still seats 5 adults.
