F22B1 SOHC VTEC TURBO?!

where did you get $400 to re-sleeve the block?? The sleeves alone will run you $800. The $400 would maybe be the labor to bore out the old cyls and press in the new sleeves.
You also don't have to re-sleeve a h22 block to go turbo. Mahle makes a set of pistons that the h22 FRM sleeves will accept and will not scare the block or do any damage like forged pistons will do.
If your shooting for 300hp you really don't need to build the block unless you will be abusing it day in and day out. F22 engine can make 280-300hp easy on stock block. Just need a really good tune. But you want a really good tune either way you look at it.

yeah I know about bisi. Any of his hondas are ALL high powered set ups.
If you want to watch something even more amazing from this guy...
Bisi - 9.57 @ 142mph - YouTube
to me that’s way more impressive to me. Only 455hp and running in the 9's. It's also ALL motor....so there was no cheating on this one.
