if you got the motor out and available to work on might as well change the internals while you are at it, atleast if later you decide to up the boost, you know you will already have strong internals that are better than stock to work with

if you want to do any type of internals just go with rods and valves springs and retainers That’s all the really need to be done...and if you want to crank up the boost past 8psi then that should hold you up to around 350-400hp

also get ARP head studs so you don't have head lift

Could you be more specific on what type of rods? I heard their are push rods and some other type. Maybe some brands to choose? Also, it doesn't look like ARP has any head studs for the f23 engine.

lol disregard my f22bx comment on the PM I 4got your gen accord has he f23 engine.
As for the ARP head studs you can use h23 head studs (call ARP and ask them to be 100% sure). Hondas don't use push rods they are over head cam set up. When I mean rods I mean pistons rods. Bisi makes some eagle makes good rods (and on the cheaper side price wise) few other brands just depend on who you like more.

I'm sure arp makes studs for the f23... As they make them fr the f22.. Also the rods he is talking about are called connecting rods... You can get a set for the 2 to 300 dollar range... You stock pistons and crank like he said should e good to about 300hp at the crank... Then u might wanna consider upgrading other critical engine components...
