Crystal black, she shines right now. Where do you work in Manchester area wise. I worked in the mall forever and was born and raised in Manchester. I also know a good amount if people from Hudson/ litchfield. I guess the questions are irrelevant if your older than 25 though, I don't know anyone older from your area.

Have you done much to you car?

I work at the True Value Distribution center behind the airport. I frequent that mall a lot since it's on my way home. I am older than 25 I'll be 31 in Feb. I'm having new shocks put in on Tuesday and I have some eyelids on the way. Not a whole lot going on until Winter ends.

Anyone still here in NH? Just joined and am in serious need of a mechanic that can work on a carborated 88 Accord LX stick shift. Have had the car from day one and have kept up with maintenance so it's in great shape. We thought the carborator went so we bought one on ebay and had it installed. The mechanic that installed it didn't have the tools to time it so we went to another. All they did was push it to where it races all the time and has pre ignition, or post ignition, when it's turned off it shutters and coughs for a bit. None of them know how to fix it because they don't know what's wrong with it. It's in great shape and has been coddled for the last 25 years in the garage. It's been driven for 128,000 miles and they were all good until this problem.
Anyone have any ideas what the problem may be? Or, do you know someone in the area who could figure it out. We live around exit 8 off 91, around Claremont.
Appreciate any help...
Thanks

Fortunately most of us up in New Hampshire know better than to ruin a perfectly good car by slamming it.
