Bosch Plugs/Coil FUNNY story
So yesterday I was riding around with one of my friends and we were talking about a guy he works with that may want to buy my civic... He was like I don't know why he wants to buy it he has a 92 accord that works fine except he keeps blowing coils. They overheat and burn out .... so my friend ( a while back) simply removed the coil and mounted it outside of the distributor so it would keep more cool.. *LOL*
That's when I was like so I bet he has bosch plugs? Bosch Platinum most likely huh? My friend was like yeah how did you know? I simply told him, switch to NGK and your problem is solved.... *LOL*
The coil thing just cracks me up though, he's got this funky external coil mount setup now because of some fricken spark plugs *LOL*

RE: Bosch Plugs/Coil FUNNY story
I truelly believe that the Bosch plugs need to stay in the european style cars and that the Japaneese style cars retain their NGK or Nippondenso plugs which seem to do the best for these cars...

RE: Bosch Plugs/Coil FUNNY story
That's really strange, I had great success with bosch platinum plugs in my old camaro, so I was about to go buy some and my brother in law told me "japanese car, japanese plugs". What causes that to be a problem?
