Infiniti m45 AUTOMATIC shift kob/boot/indicator for 7th gen ACCORDS
I am selling my Infiniti/Accord shifter assembly that I custom fitted to my accord. (as previously done by joedanger11).
I am looking to get $100 for the package (****,boot, and PRND123 shift indicator)
I am located in east brunswick nj, 08816
e-mail is nickmoose1@aol.com
I will try my best to explain how I got it to fit, not much work is needed because I have done most of it.
But first, some pictures:
Okay, so here's how I got it to fit: first I hallowed out the inside of the **** so it could fit around the stock shifter rod. Next I drilled a hole into the shifter so it could be mounted using the existing screw holes
You will need to cut the metal shifter rod to just above the lower existing screw hole, but DONT CUT THE INNER PLASTIC SHAFT. I used a dremel cutting tool.
the screw I will provide will screw through the **** and into the hole, thus holding the shifter in place.
Now, be very careful when cutting the inner rod. It needs to be a litter over an inch and a half from the hole, just cut a tiny bit at a time and test to see if every thing works before screwing the **** down. Please feel free to ask me any questions
