Default Stock wheel weight/Tire advice

Hi there. I was wondering how much the stock 15" Alloys weigh from a 1996 Accord Ex. Even a ballpark would help. I just got some old o.z. rims ( but brand new) that are 17 X 7.5 and still decidin if i should mount them. they pretti heavy at 27 lbs each. Also wonderin if anybody has had any good experiences with certain 17" tires, certain sizes, and certain brands. Also anybody know any good deals right now for a set of tires? Thanks.

Default RE: Stock wheel weight/Tire advice

hey everyone. For those who are curious, a stock alloy wheel with 195/60/15 tires ( Dayton Brand) weighs about 37.5 lbs! I decided to go with the falken 512s, so my new 17" combo came to about 46 lbs. Yea it sucks but its all good.
