Default Wheel lug nut stripped off- why?

Hi,
I am having 1998 Honda accord 4,DR EX V6 has already ran 110,000 miles.
Recently the wheel lug nuts stripped off
from rear passenger side. This was happened after 2 weeks visit to my service center.
My question is what could be the reason for this strip off.1. Some body might tried to remove the wheel ?2. It happened because of less Torque when I visited to the service center? Please answer me, so that it will helpful for me to speak with my service center manager. Thanks
Kumar

Default RE: Wheel lug nut stripped off- why?

Some idiot at the service center didn't bother threading the lugs on before using an air gun on them and therefore stripped the threads. Take it back to them and make them replace any that are stripped.
