Where to add transmission fluid to a 2006 Honda Accord

tran -> Where to add transmission fluid to a 2006 Honda Accord (3/9/2008 1:36:33 PM)

Would somebody please kindly tell me where I should add transmission fluid to my 2006 Accord?  The manual mentions there's a "plug", but I can't find it anywhere.
Thank you for your help.

Use a long funnel and fill through the dip stick hole.  I use a regular funnel and a tube from a turkey baster....JK

That method takes forever since the dipstick tube is about 6mm.  Use a deep well socket to take off the breather on the top flat part of the tranny and fill from there.  It looks like a bolt with a metal tube and cap sticking a half inch up from the top.

Only took me about 30-40 seconds a quart....JK

Now this is for a 4cyl AT, but the idea is about the same... I think the v6''s were what have the breather that falk was talkin about? not sure really, but that''s the general area in either case.

4''s don''t have the breather?  My tC does, but it''s manual also.
