My sri came with 2 brackets one flat and one L shaped. I assume these are some type of universal mounting for the filter end of it. What is the best set up for this end. I cant find any good pictures of one installed that show this.

I didn't use either one of the brackets.  I saved them in my garage for a while.  After I finally threw them out, I saw a pic of an SRI that had the brackets installed.  From what I remember, the brackets were attached to the front of wheel well.  They served the purpose of supporting the SRI pipe.  My pipe didn't really seem to need any support.  I just cut a portion of the extra tubing that came with the SRI and put it over the AC line to prevent rubbing.

I used one bracket for now. This one needs some support at the air filter end. I work in a shop where we do alot if aluminum work so Im going to make something similar to what K&N does. Something with a 3 inch hole for the tube and then mount it either to the inner fender or where the old air box was. Might help block some engine heat also.
