alright it started last night, it started a little rough, didnt think much of it because it was kinda cold.  so i get in my car to leave for work this morning, the interior lights come on, but it wont start, and the head lights wont come on, try again and the headlights come on but the car wont start, it makes a clicking sound.  try like 5 min later and have 0 power, no lights, no beeping when the key is in nothing.  check the battery and engine ground everything is fine.  try again when i get home from work, open the door, the light in the door is on, put the key in it beeps twice(cause the door was open) then loose all power

what is wrong here?  i replaced the starter less than a year ago so i dont think thats the problem(the clicking when i try to start it)  any help?

Had a very similar problem with my moms MDX and even the battery checked out to be good. We replaced it with a Optima and haven't had a problem since. Can you hook up a friends battery and test it?
