im gonna go with the hmotorsonline H22A 92-95 Motor in what all do i have to do other than hooking everything up. do i have to modify any piping, wires, exhaust, and all that good stuff?

yes you need to modify the wire harness alot, or you can send your f22b1 harness and h22a harness to hasport and they will do it all for you for $300. can either grind down your motor mount or buy a hasport one. need prelude radiator hoses. and the exhaust wont line up, just bring it to a exhaust shop and they can fix it pretty easily
