Ok, so I have more problems with my honda accord 96 lx 2.2 5 speed.

I have a front end noise ( sounds like the noise a truck makes with those big swamper tires ) and it vibrates as I drive, vibration not all that much but the noise is fairly loud,  so when i am driving down the road, if i am on a twisty road and a big left hand curve come up, as soon as I turn the wheel sharply to the left to navigate the turn the vibration and noise stops, when i staraighten it back out, it starts again, however when i turn the wheel to navigate a sharp right hand turn, the noise and vibration continue,  just looking for a good place to start replacing parts to diagnose the problem, thanks alot  jon

Do your tires have a funny wear pattern to them?

I can't really tell, they are so new, no kind of wear yet. I was leaning in the same direction though, just not sure why it would stop when i turn left, and not when i turn right, was thinking maybe a wheel bearing, but i don't know
