i am on the verge of buying an 02 accord coupe. and the rims look like these

but im lookin for the rims that i see on most accords that look something like this

can someone explain which accords came with which rims? it seems as if the earlier ones came with the ones i want and the newer ones came out with the one on top. and is it me or does the 2nd one look much better.

thought about that and might do it,but i want something pretty simple, not too crazy and not trying to look like a street racer or anything. heres a better pic of the rims

and yeah it would suck to have to shell out a bunch of money to change one set of stock rims to another set of stock rims

and again, anyone know which models came with which rims? thanks

They're the most basic V6 rim, so probably all V6's came with them unless someone opted for the others.

Jkilla .... you too .... the dealer told me that the woman that had my car turned it in because "she had no business being behind the wheel of a manual"  Needless to say, all 4 rims are trashed and there's a chunk missing from the sidewall of one of the tires ..... paint damage on both bumpers and a license plate mark 1/4" deep on the front bumper.  IDK if I'm going to fix the bumpers or get a body kit.  I found one that I mostly like, but not really feeling the back bumper .... it's an 8 piece wide-body .... I want to fit 8.5" rims.

Brooklyn ..... v4's are only on bikes.  H4's are in Subies and Porches.  Everything else has an i4 .... inline.

i like the second rims that come standard on the V6 accords. You can get those rims at a local honda dealership or ebay man, but the thing is is that those will cost you just as much as buying some regular rims...you know you don't have to buy racing rims, you can get the stylish 18" luxury chrome one's.

For some odd reason EVERY car dealerships usually are high in price!

Ummmmm there is no way in hell that I-4 rims are going to fit on a V6.

If you look it up, the I-4's bearing is 4 lugs while V6 is 5 lugs.

SO its impossible for that hypothesis you're making. the rims within that generation accord is not universal, the V6 has its own set of rims and I-4 have there own.

yes the I-4 has those rims also BUT there of a 4 lug pattern. the V6 is a 5 lug pattern. i believe the "alloy" wheels came out for the I-4 version on the last year which was 2002.

So unless you going to drill a hole into those rims(which would be retarded and risky) i suggest you just found a crashed V6 at a junkyard and buy those stock rims...

and stop calling it V4 lmao...theres no such thing as a V4,its I-4.lol you make yourself look quite foolish LOl not trying to be rude
