I assumed being an overlay it went on top of what is already there. Might explain why my gas gauge didn't move.LOL. There is 4 peices, doesn't seem like the factory ones popped out. I thought it was the piece of plastic that surrounds all the gauges, my bad. I have investigated trying to get the gauge faces off without removing the needles, but it is impossible. Don't remove them, it's nearly impossible to get them back on and functioning properly without breaking them.
