Hi to all. How are you? I have 1995 honda accord 2.2l 4 cycl. I noticed last week driving on the highway that the speedometer was fluctuating (bobbing) between 100km-120km. Also my rpm was doing the same between 2000rpm-3000rpm. Guys told me that it was my vss, but i replaced that..brand new. If anyone could give me any other info., or other solution id appreciate it.. thx.

maybe use a little bit of conductive grease on the 12 pin connector on the back of the speedo cluster. It could be a bad circuit board in the speedo cluster, however tach and speedo are 2 different electrical circuits, so the plug/connector is a common point of the 2.
