Could be simple hood alignment. I don't know what it looks like, but check to see whether the hood's rubber stop bumpers hit against the headlamp. Or maybe they just make the whole structure around the lamps shake?? It might be a simple matter of adjusting those so they don't hit the headlamp so hard. And also not slamming the hood as hard. Seems to me that ground problems can only result in lower voltage, and that's not gonna make bulbs burn out. A bad voltage regulator might regularly allow high voltage spikes.
