Once flash rust is rubbed off squeal stops. Most disc brakes squeal occasionally. RE: 2004 EX-L V6 squeaks brake pads just replaced - 5/2/2008 4:30:02 PM    hondaed   Posts: 60 Joined: 5/1/2008 Status: offline I agree with Texas Honda, In humid conditions, even Genuine Honda brake pads can make noise on the inital brake applications. *Especially if the car was parked for several hours prior. Hope your new brake pads are not aftermarket. For quiet brakes and less tendency for rotor warpage, always use Genuine Honda brake pads and the moly grease supplied.
