RE: F22B1 SOHC VTEC TURBO?! - 7/3/2008 9:38:36 PM    justjohnf22   Posts: 2 Joined: 7/3/2008 Status: offline turboing an accord is a lot more work than it sounds you cant just slap a turbo on there and go. the f22 isnt a boost friendly motor stock. when you get boost it will shut down on you. to boost your car you have to do it right and get it tuned. best bet would to be get your block machined and get a real good set of rods and pistons along with the turbo, tune the thing and it will be a hot rod. Not a lot of people turbo accords because it is hard to do. It took me 2 years 2 turbos $12,000 and a lot of patience. in the end its worth it i would never sell my car. just make sure you know what you are doing and dont be afraid to ask questions if you dont (in reply to Hobbin) Post #: 17
