So you have 2 layers of 5%? So the first layer brings down light transmission to 5% visible and then 5% of that 5%? So you have .25% tint? Why?

and by, "35% on the windshield" i hope he meant only the top part of the windshield. not the whole windshield.

pretty sure he means the whole windshield. Why would anyone do 2x limo and then only 35% on the brow? lol
