The biggest catch - dual climate controls - otherwise you'll need to make some serious HVAC mods to your car. The parts are available on eBay quite often, LKQonline often has the parts you need. I find the upper vent panel and sub-display are the hardest parts to find personally. Lastly, installation and wiring are the biggest hang-up and usually turns most people away from this project.
