a RSX isnt that fast, a h22 accord would keep up with one.

I dont think you realize how much 300-350hp is in a front wheel drive car.  thats enough to spin at least through third and starting to become unpractical for a streetable car.

Rebuilt block
Rebuilt Head
Port and Polish all around
Turbo to 15 psi
Performace 3" exhaust
Intercooler of course
All the fuel managment tools and everything to go with your turbo
H22 Tranny or I;ve heard the F23 is good i think.. I've never driven it.
Stage 1 or 2 clutch
Udjastable Cam Pulley
Performance Cam

Not sure what that would get you but its a start

then paint some flames on the hood or somethign for an extra 10-15 HP

Well upgrade everything inside the engine to handle whatever boost you decide to put into it and to make it last since you plan on daily driving it. Better pistons, connecting rods, bearing on the bottom. Maybe do the valves, springs etc up top. By port and plish it means you send the head and intake off and they basically get it really smooth which lets the air flow better which in turn means more HP.

so in going with an f22 then could i still get close to 400+hp?

for starters replace every part in the motor:
pistons
rods
bearings
cams
valves
valve springs
retainers

etc etc etc you get the idea.

then run 110 octane $10 a gallon gas.

Money, time, knowledge. x2 on the racing fuel. You could still street it on 93 octane, but obviously it's not going to run great on a race tune. If you still want power and save some money in the long run, tune it for pump gas. You'll still get between 250-300 hp out of it.

Well my h22 once tuned shouled be making about 200whp(so about 230-240 to the crank).

Then i want to do some skunk2 cams that had 40whp.  250whp is more than enough, that would make an accord damn close to 13 sec 1/4 mile times.  and starting to get unstreetable, or at least not practical

i ran a 16.7 with my accord with a intake and exhaust.  thats with a ex meaning vtec.  I then ran 16.1 with a LSD tranny.  I now expect to run like a mid to high 14 once i'm tuned.

a RSX type s runs a 14.9, a reg RSX runs something stupid like 16 or something.

and i'm too lazy to look up a ls vtec civic cause its not stock so it really doesnt matter
