Trying to get 250+ whp out of a naturally aspirated honda 4cyl is pretty hard to do and by the time you got there, it'd be a race only motor.

BTW - you dont need 110 octane to run 15psi. You can do it just fine on pump gas.

10-15psi Depends on what turbo you want to use. Aim for a specific HP goal, then find out what you can afford to get you there.

For a DD with FWD, anything over 350HP isn't going to be usable ..... unless you just want to smoke tires until they explode.

I'd recommend a turbo F22 with a micro-polished OEM crank, performance bushings, rods, pistons, rings, wrist pins and a turbo pushing 9 psi.  I'd also get a 2 stage boost controller so you can switch to race mode and pump up the turbo to about 12.5 psi, but I'd keep it on the lower setting mostly.

You're going to have to research and run some calculations to figure out the turbo that is best for your car and driving style.  Start with researching trim and AR.  I've done research for my tC and the one that I am most interested in is the Garrett GT3076R .... still undecided on the trim.  I'd expect that the right one for yours would be similar, but might not be the same one.  I have a slightly larger engine that doesn't rev as high.

NA - H22a (cap limit is 250...yet you're already at like 200+ish)

TURBO - F22B (cap limit is how strong your engine is (internals, pistons, etc.), how much you pushing (psi wise), and life-expectancy of your transmission)
