I say sell your car and lease a TL Type-S its a 200hp gain from a 4 cyl and a 130hp gain from 6cyl. Best bang for the buck. I was going to get one...then i decided that i NEED a motorcycle

A 4 banger DD does not need a header!!!  It will slow the car down under most normal conditions.  The biggest restriction that you have is the B-pipe (also called mid-pipe).  This is included with a cat-back exhaust.

My recommendations are still as follows (in order of what I''d do):

1.  Sway bars
2.  Cat-back or B-pipe
3.  Intake
