Of course!!!  I''m not going to put a timeframe on it because I have too many started projects right now, but I have the materials from the armrest sub box that I was going to build for the accord just before the tranny died.

I can guarantee 100% that below 4000 rpms the 4 cylinder accord is slower with a header.  The reason is that the systems are sized around 6500 rpm.  At low engine speed the airflow isn''''t uniform and will not move through the exhaust piping as efficiently.  The header will give you less of a restriction at the upper range and therefore will dyno a gain at peak HP, but this is simply because the curves have been shifted up in rpms.

HP = torque * rpm / 5252

In a way I agree.  But I don''t think you''ll lose power under 4K rpm''s
Although the header gives you less of a restriction (As with any exhaust modification) I doubt it''s large enough to reduce torque.
Also, at low engine speeds, I doubt you will notice the loss in power (if any).
Well with a manual tranny anyway
up top though (4000RPM''s+) you should notice a difference.

Yeah you are right about the header thing. My car really picks up and kicks after i pass 3800RPM.
