The belt should have a tensioner. The pulley likely has a bolt in the end that can only be removed with an impact gun, unless you can fix the shattered pulley in place so that you can take out the bolt (I don''t know the extent of the damage). Then, there should be a key in the shaft. Be careful not to lose or damage it. Use a puller to remove the pulley if it doesn''t just slide off the shaft easily.
