falkore24's photo gallery 		IMO, you should replace the piping from the cat to the resonator with 2.5" when you take off the 3rd muff.  Cheap power.

So unless taking off the 3rd muffler would guarantee some godly amount of HP...then leave it on and be safe to the environment. i remember reading about how bolting on a test pipe and removing everything else only netted you like 5-7 HP and was illegal.

test pipe is to replace the catalytic converter ..... the only thing a muffler does is to change or reduce the exhaust sound.  If you are talking about noise pollution, than fine, but it seems that you are confusing 2 different things.
