The 6th gen tranny problem doesn''''t seem to have any correlation to how the car is driven.  Honda just messed up.  They released a car with a tranny that fails by design.

True
Because that same tranny was used in the Acura TL, and Honda Odyssey with the same problem
one of the "D" lights will start flashing, then the tranny starts slipping.

On mine, it started having problems, but didn''t start flashing the D light until it went into limp home mode.  It went from good to dead in a week.

Mine died at 90k, it seems to have a range from about 75-125k, but also, it seems that it could basically fall apart at any time.
