Stage 0 is just a bolt-on turbo and sometimes an intercooler.  It''s run at low boost so additional mods aren''t needed (~4-6 psi).  A good Stage 0 would be a Mitsubishi 16g (EVO3) or a Garrett GT20 ..... there''s a cheaper brand that''s made by Garrett, but I can''t remember the name ..... I think it starts with an E.

yeah that turbo will do it, if you want a cheaper route find a used 16g dsm turbo.  as for other parts you will need a manifold obviously, down pipe, waste gate, blow off valve, boost control, injectors, engine management,  charge piping..............

i am by no means a knowledgeable turbo guy, those are just what i thought of off the top of my head as almost all my friends are into the whole DSM thing

if you ran a tranny cooler to it, it should be fine, because heat kills transmissions, and the more power would cause more heat

heres a general turbo guide

and heres a guys build on a f22b1 with a slushbox tranny running 7psi
