the guy who was making them for one of my cars charged 800 dollars for a set of HIDs with angel eyes...he would first buy the 2 headlight assemblies for the car, then cut a bunch of plastic out of the back of them, then he would order the angel eye units out of i believe a bmw, and mount them in...he even guaranteed them for a certain amount of time..i think a few years! but 800 bucks..yikes..

I used to have Halos on my 5th gen i liked them at first but the output was horrible and after about 3 months all but half of one of my Halos had blown out. Personally i had the halos wired to a switch so that i could turn them on and off when ever I wanted. I have to admit they looked pretty mean at night but during the day they looked uglier and uglier to me. Now im happy with my Jdm style lights

I knew I was going to have the same problem, some of mine are starting to crap out, but I was expecting that, ive got some super LED's im gonna replace them with. They are bright enough to see during the day like the BMW's do. Also they last for 20 years.

No, I havent had any leak problems. But the leds in them are cheap. Im still waiting for them to die out before I decide to take of the front end again. I even run my light in the daytime to shorten their lifespan.
