has anybody ever changed the valve that controls the hydraulic mount in the rear of the engine? i have been looking into this more and more, started leaning towards the motor mounts and figured id give it a shot here first. its a 97 2.2SE. im thinking my valve has gone bad. but before i go ahead and spend $40- id inquire.

all the mounts seem to be intact. i have the service bulletin from honda for the troubleshooting of this mount. this weekend i will give it a shot and let you know what i come up with.

So the mount holds vacuum, and the control valve is also working. i did all the honda troubleshooting as per the service bulletin. they say to replace the mount. its pretty pricey so i will see how bad this vibration gets then ill go after it. for now i will just deal with it. ::end Rant:: lol

the mount is roughly $300- and that valve is about $50- ill probably change both just to be safe.

The honda bulletin i got from a friend that works for Honda.
