Sir nasty pretty much explained how to,, as for the atf fluid,, first of all ,, change and refill you will need 3 qts, on your car you can save some money and use DEXRON III OR IV any brands will do ,, if you got the extra money, use HONDA ATF-Z1 , the dipstick is located on top of tranny , below the lower radiator hose, remove it , put a funnel in the hole and add 3 qts of tranny fkuid .. As for the filter, ,, all Hondas have a filter but it is unreplacable,,, it is located, between the pump and the valve body,, to get to it , one would have to totally disassamble the tranny intrnally ,, ,,there is no tranny filter that you can replace as of yet .. And honda trannies do not have a removable pan ..
