Since I replaced my actuator, my power windows move 50% slower. Then when I roll them up at the same time, the passenger side stops or stops and then rolls up slowly. I will first check the harness to make sure that no pins are loose and that my drivers side window is on its track since one of the side rail fell off as I was replacing the actuator. I did put it back but now the window makes a loud noise when it descends and a clank sound when it hits the bottom. I was also wondering if the problem could be something else like poor distribution of voltage? If some had this problem or knows how to fix it, please reply.

the actuator? you mean the regulator? did you buy one from honda? well if you didnt, its because that motor isnt as powerful as your oem honda one so it wont go up and down as fast.

but in all reality i think you have an adjustment issue the window can be adjusted left to right in the door at your discretion.

The battery was drained due to playing music with the door open while I was fixing my actuator. The car did not start the next day and had to be jumped started. Now everything works like it was new!!!

Glad you got it fixed... a dead battery is a surefire way to have electrical problems.. *L* Glad it was cheap though!
