Lord, I'm folding both my front seats and the rear seats down! I should shave off at least what?, 0.1 seconds?

It really is sad/entertaining to read some peoples thoughts....

StevePhy

P.S. Thanks for the good laugh!

The fact that he said it reduces weight by doing that is really funny, but he would be lucky if the weight displacement change made the car any faster. Then over inflating the tires to give it more grip? ummmm thats a bit of an odd effect dont you think? considering it makes it stiffer so it if you had the power all they would do is lose the traction. If the guys name suggests that he actually does work for the pd...... the place must be getting looted blind

I can't wait to try folding my rear seat down. I knew there was a quick and easy way to get some real speed going.

I don't think I would put any badge on my car if my 0-60 was 9+ seconds.

Reading that made me embarrassed for him....and the guys on that forum didn't bash him that hard, which I definitely expected.

Crazy Physics: if you turn a square flat, it weighs less.

I guess he is getting confused with his physics. He uses the analogy of a person spreading their weight to move over a sheet of [thin] ice. He assumes that rather than the weight being spread over a larger area the person actually weighs less.

Probably did not pay much attention at school
