If youre installing a CAI the filter is going to be located in the front bumper, so there is a need to remove it. I cant make any claims on how exactly to install the 03+ because i dont know how much different it is in the wheel well area. (in reply to 9JordonFlex9) Post #: 33

I rather take off the front left wheel, then the bumper...But if I took the bumper off, I would change my lights, which I currently don't have.
