New Forum-er looking to self install cold-air intake, headers, cat and exhaust on 4 cyl 98 ex. I simply want performance and actually prefer a quieter exhaust. Open to all suggestions/warnings about performance, time, brands, suppliers, ebay. oh, and any thoughts on roll bars, struts and short-shift adapters would be appreciated also.

Comptech is the quietest. Also the most expensive as far as canisters. A'pexi is probably next.
