Prices for Accord Coupe LX-V6 - 10/26/2006 2:52:58 AM    yorky500   Posts: 21 Joined: 10/15/2006 Status: offline Guys, I am doing a bit of research as i have found that you guys in the USA have the Coupe version of the Accord. What is the going rate, for the 2007 Accord Coupe LX-V6? I am looking for the 275bhp version (if you get it). The Honda website show it as 244bhp, is this due to emissions restrictions? http://automobiles.honda.com/models/model_overview.asp?ModelName=Accord+Coupe The non-coupe spec in the Gulf is 275bhp. I am looking for white, auto. Any help would be appreciated. If I can get a good deal through a dealership, i may import one. Cheers Post #: 1

RE: Prices for Accord Coupe LX-V6 - 10/26/2006 7:58:04 PM    YeuEmMaiMai Posts: 1822 Joined: 5/28/2006 Status: offline no.... exhaust collectors are cast into the cylander head so putting on headers is out stock exhaust is already pretty good you might get extra hp but you can get the same gains by replacing the "j" pipe Intake will get some ponies but not too many... supposidly you can Super charge it but I have seen only 1 person do it and he spent a buttload of cash for custom work. with the weight of the 7th gen accords approaching 3500lbs you are better off getting a used CL type S and putting headers on that (that WILL give you 30 HP). I was hoping that maybe it was just State to State due to emissions restrictions, but obviously not. So, what are the best prices around for the LX-V6? Is it as stated on the website?
