I'm not new to the tuning world but I'm new to Honda tuning. I came an Audi to a Honda so I have some learning to do.

I'm looking to lower my car to improve handling and the look. I'm thinking of going coilovers instead of spring/shock combo. So.. My question is. Could someone point me in the way of some suspension manufacturers?

I have a 07 Accord Couple EX-L.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

if you lower car, make sure you replace struts with ones that are designed to work with the lowering kit otherwise you will blow the struts out and have to replace them anyways

I just joined this forum, so keep in mind I'm a newbie. I too am looking to lower my '02 accord coupe. Just wondering what the best way to do so would be? Any ideas on how much it may cost? Am only looking to lower 2-3 inches, not much at all.

Appreciate the guidance - Thanks,
Al

There are alot of options out there for you to choose from. You can either choose coilover (adjustable) or the strut/spring combo. Both can lower your car and 2-3 inches is actually quite a bit. you probably looking at spending anywhere from $600 to a couple of grand. Just figure out what is important to you, do you want to adjust the ride height (coilover)? Or more focus on just handling? The strut spring kits also sometimes have firmness adjustment on the struts.

Also take a look in our for sale section and you can find some good stuff.... I'm a big fan of H&R personally. They make a "cup kit" which is an adjustable coil over spring/shock setup for around $650ish.... Like someone said there's lots of options it just matters what's the most important to you
