Hey whats up Everyone... Happy New Year... happy to say that i Ordered a CAI and should have it soon... My question is what is the easy-ist way to reset the ECU on my car... if i have to take the battery off the I will do so... but if there is an easy-er way can someone inform me... step by step please... thankyou for the input guys

start by letting us know year and model,, better yet input it on your signature

yeah,  remove the ground for the battery, leave it off for a minute or two,    technically only 30 seconds is enough, but its not like longer will hurt,     then after the x number of minute put the ground back on and let the car set for 5+ minutes so it can relearn everything and if that doesnt help with whatever you were trying to do        just be sure to rub your ear lobes and say woosaah  ^_^

If you do it  like above, open the doors so it will drain all the remaining power as well.  There is another way, and that is to remove a certain fuse but I forget which one.  Sorry.  Someone else posted which one on here before so try the search.

   it is the back up fuse 7.5 amps for about 15-20 seconds.. but it is not located under the hood ,, it is located on the pasasanger fuse box , under dash ,rt side
