I believe you already have one, it's 14mm in size. You can upgrade to a 17 or 20mm from Acura parts. Although I upgraded mine to 17mm, for the life of me I can't remember which Acura it came from. Perhaps someone else remembers?

EDIT:
AHA! From an Acura TL 6 speed. See any Acura dealer for the items needed. The parts are a direct fit and cost less than half of the aftermarket stuff. Seems to me it was around $50 for the sway bar, bushings, and other items required. I backed mine up on ramps for easier access.....it took roughly 45 minutes from start to putting everything away. That and the Neuspeed (or Comptech) short shift kit are the best two modifications I've done for under $100 total.

Would a 20mm be more beneficial ?

Did it really help with the body roll and vertical stability ?

Thank you

Folks that have the 20 mm swear by them. I chose the 17mm thinking that the 20 might be too large unless some work was also done on the front suspension so as to be more equal on both ends. Going just to the 17 you'll notice the difference on the very first corner. The 20 should be damn near flat on hard cornering......your call.

I also bought the tower strut brace for a V-6  6 speed couple like yours already has. It also helped in cornering. I'm keeping mine at stock height, I don't want it any lower.

Adjustable can be two things, either length/fit or resistance (size), The only thing to watch for if you go with a 20 mm or so and don't do anything to the front suspension it's probably going to push through hard cornering (hard as in racing) because your rear end isn't going to want to lift but your inside tire will so you have good traction in the rear and crap in the front so you'll push through the corner because you can't get both front tires down to grab and turn

All helpful info, thank you.

I do have a factory front shock tower bar (06 accord V6 6spd)

Should I go to 17mm, 19mm, or 22mm?  Thats what I have found so far.

Any websites that you may recommend ?

Stick with the parts from the Acura. That will limit your choices to 17 or 20. Do some research then make your choice.

If I had it to do over again I would buy the 20 and drop down to the 17 if I didn't like it.

Did you but the acura sway bar from the net or directly from the dealer ? Would it void my warranty ?

No warranty problems. I ordered mine online from an Acura dealer but I don't remember which one.

'03-05 I believe. The '06 & '07 may work but not positive about that.

17mm TL Swaybar Part Numbers (what you need to order if you want the 17mm):
Qty 1, 52300-SEP-A03, 17mm Stabilizer Spring (Sway Bar)
Qty 2, 52306-SEP-A02, Stabilizer Bushings (17mm)
Qty 2, 52308-S3M-A00, Holder

20mm  TL Swaybar Part Numbers (what you need to order if you want the 20mm):
Qty 1, 52300-SEP-A11, 20mm Stabilizer Spring (Sway Bar)
Qty 2, 52306-SEP-A11, Stabilizer Bushings (20mm)
Qty 2, 52308-S3M-A00, Holder
