Definitely second the bypass valve suggestion. If you get a full length intake, its a must have. As for what to get first, I guess that depends on whether you want your car to be quicker or look better. Since you are talking about racing your buddy, I would imagine that you should get the intake before the coilovers. Do you have the F22B or F22A? What year and motor is your friend's Prelude?

ORIGINAL: 19Accord97 Sounds cool! Have any pics? If you get the cold air intake, I highly recommend a bypass valve to keep your engine from hydrolocking. Beating a Prelude eh? That could be a little tough w/o the spray. actually i think my car has potential, we raced 3 times one night on a quarter mile strip that cops made ;) he only beat me by a car length but ill keep in mind this is both our first manual car lol, so he could have been shifting doo doo. ill have pics soon

the h22a is an overall better engine then the F22a, just steal his engine :) i dropped an H22 into my 93 accord I would replace the exhaust from the headers, i got around a 20 horsepower gain when using larger pipes, also you can chip it, or replace the fuel injector or fuel injector soloniod, those minor details could help you to gain a little bit more power
