Hi, I have 96 Accord withe stock radio/tape player and the stock separate single CD player.

The CD player is dead, so I was going to replace it with an aiwa unit I'm pulling out of my truck.

The aiwa unit is a radio/CD/CD changer control withe minijack input for MP3 players etc.  I'll have to eyeball it to get the model #.

I like having the tape player in the car, but I also want a CD player with minijack, too.  What I'm thinking is removing the dead CD Player and installing the aiwa in its place.  I haven't opened up the dash, but I wanted to ask if anyone knows of a problem with running the aiwa THROUGH the stock radio, just like it was the dead CD player???

I don't have pics but it is like the one featured on this site:  (thanks again sir_nasty)

Mine has radio on bottom and CD player on top.
