Should I buy.....91 Accord? - 1/28/2007 10:43:19 PM    GOH10 Runner   Posts: 10 Joined: 1/28/2007 Status: offline Hey, I am new here and looking into buying a cheap reliable second car, I am looking at a 91 Accord EX coupe, 5speed, it has 200k miles on it, seems to be in good shape, no usual rust but I am wondering is there anything I should look at as some problem sport beyond the typical rust on the rear quarters and CV boots? RE: Should I buy.....91 Accord? - 1/29/2007 12:40:55 AM    deserthonda Posts: 3575 Joined: 12/3/2005 Status: offline we have a loooooooooooot of experience with all Accords . good thing that it is a 5 sp tranny will last longer.. chk the basic things.. no engine knock, a/c works? burning oil ? you might want to go as far as take it to a shop that specializes in Hondas or the dealer and ask for a buyer's inspection .. it might be around 60-80 dollars but it might be the best money you will ever spend _____________________________ No Year No Model in Your signature No Help from me Take a look in the DIY section before asking for help Always Diagnose First,,, Before Replacing Parts (in reply to GOH10 Runner) Post #: 2
