Anybody know of a good brake setup for my 99 accord ex. I would like a big brake kit, but I don't want to spend over 600 dollars. Any suggestions?

This would be almost impossible to do on that budget unless you found some nice calipers at a junkyard from a sports car with 6 piston calipers. Most big brake kits for your model start around $1200. Your best bet with that cash is to get a larger diameter rotor (drilled and slotted your choice, good looking though) and put on a set of nice brake pads such as metal matrix or those green pads. Make sure if you go for a larger diameter rotor is still fits in your wheel with room for the caliper. The good part about this upgrade is that you can always get the calipers later, but unless you are truly racing this car at 9/10ths or 10/10ths you will never need better than the upgraded rotors and pads.

I'd agree with sam, just get a nice set of aftermarket pads and some slotted rotors (drilled suck in real race application unless they are porsch or poured that way.....) Brembo rotors, hawk HP pads and some braided steel brake lines will improve matters drastically
