You didnt get directions with your intake?

The intake should probably have a hose clamp type connection at the throttle body, and the air box is probably bolted down with about four long screws.  Thats how mine was, but mine is a 94...

Here's your installation instructions on that intake Honda_Dude. Just click on the link below. They are really clear and should help you out.

Sorry honda_dude, can't help u with that. Maybe call a dealership and ask them if it is necessary to remove the entire bumper to get to that box. They usually will give helpful info on that sort of thing.

no need to remove the bumper. if your arm is long enough, you can just remove the bottom piece of the intake w/o taking off the bumper.

I've not removed all the baffle/crap in the fender. Why worry about a few pounds? It's not like it will cut a 1/2 second off of your 0-60 time. I chose to leave it alone, it's not worth all the trouble to me.

Mine is still intact. I see NO reason to go to all the trouble to remove it when it offers ZERO advantages.

When I put my SRI in, I took the resonator box out.  I dont think it probably helped much, but I wanted to get rid of it.  It serves no use for me.  It might get a little more airflow without it there, but I doubt if its much.  Mine was a huge pain in the rear to remove, so I would say its probably not worth it.
